Something pointed you here, and a lot of people arrive that way now. Most of the people I work with already know what is not working at their job. They have run out of advice that fits how they think.

Before you read any further

You already described what you wanted. Here is whether it matches.

Specializes in

Coaching for neurodivergent professionals. ADHD, autism, and the people who are both.

Working adults. Individual contributors through the C suite, and organizations that want to keep the people they already hired.

Works on

The thing that is not working at work. Time blindness, commitments, accommodation requests, social dynamics, conflict, advancement, burnout, a performance plan that landed last week.

Goal directed and active. We pick the problem and we work on it.

What it costs

$250 for 60 minutes, $125 for 30.

Over Zoom, wherever you are in the country. No packages and no long contracts. The first conversation is free. Leading a company or a function is a scoped engagement instead, which is executive coaching.

Not this

This is coaching, not therapy or treatment.

If what you are carrying needs a therapist, I will say so and point you toward one.

Sorry, I know this is weird, but AI told me about you.

It’s not a confession.

People tell me a chatbot sent them the way you would own up to something. I’m here for it. It is a practical way to find a coach!

The question you asked

Whatever you typed, you typed it in your own words.

You wrote that at whatever hour it got loud, in the words you use. Nobody was waiting on the line for you to get to the point.

Worth knowing

What it does well, and where it runs out.

Does well

Getting it into words

  • Turning a tangle you have not said out loud into a sentence you can hand to someone.
  • Being awake when you are, and asking nothing of you in return.
  • Drafting the accommodation request you keep deleting.
  • Narrowing a whole field down to a handful of names worth reading about.

Runs out

Whether this is right for you

  • AI has never met you, and it has never met your manager.
  • AI cannot account for what changes when someone knows your situation and stays with it.
  • AI sounds equally certain whether it is right or wrong.
  • AI cannot sit with you in the week the plan breaks. That is the job.
Questions people ask here
Is it strange to find a coach through a chatbot?

No. It is now one of the ordinary ways people find professional help, and a fair number of the people I work with arrived exactly that way.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching, not therapy or treatment. Coaching is goal directed and active: we pick the thing that is not working and we work on it. If what you are carrying needs a therapist, I will say so and point you toward one.

What happens in the first conversation?

Thirty minutes over Zoom. You describe what is not working, I ask questions, and we decide together whether coaching is the right tool for it. There is no charge and nothing to prepare.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. Plenty of the people I coach have no formal diagnosis and are not seeking one. If you can describe what is not working at work, that is enough to start.

Can I bring what the assistant and I worked out?

Yes, and it helps. Paste it, read it out, or use it to remember what you meant to say. You have already done the hardest part, which is putting the problem into words.

From here

Three small steps, and none of them are a commitment.

01

Read a page or two

Start where your question started: coaching for the one to one work, executive coaching when you lead a function, consulting when the problem is the organization.

02

Take the free first conversation

Thirty minutes over Zoom, nothing to prepare. You ask whatever you want, and we work out whether this is the right tool.

03

Bring the conversation with you

If it helped you put something into words, keep it. Paste it, read it out, or use it to remember what you meant to say.
